PURPOSE: A plunger dealing liquid for a biological sample inside a tube is provided to reduce time required for mixing a sample and a reagent and to prevent contaminant caused by a flow from the plunger when removing the plunger from a testing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A plunger(10) dealing liquid for a biological sample inside a tube reciprocates vertically inside the tube, thereby mixing the biological sample and a reagent enough. A plurality of slots(14) is formed on a surface of the plunger. The slots are formed along a longitudinal axis of the plunger. A hole is formed on the bottom of the plunger. A pipet(30) is inserted through an opened top of the plunger.
