<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet which is suitable to be used for a core material of a driving motor for automobile, and is excellent in an etching-processability and magnetic characteristics, and to provide a method for manufacturing the motor core using the steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A steel blank composed by mass% of ≤0.005% C, 0.5-7% Si, ≤4% Al, ≤5% Mn, ≤0.002% Ti, ≤0.002% Nb, ≤0.004% V, ≤0.004% Zr and ≤0.006% total content of Ti, Nb, V and Zr and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is hot-rolled and cold-rolled to make 0.05-0.25 mm sheet thickness, or after cold-rolling, under the atmosphere containing hydrogen of ≥3 vol% and having the dew point of ≤-10°C, a finish annealing is applied at ≤720°C to make the non-oriented electrical steel sheet for etching-process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
