USAT VOICE CALL IMPLEMENTING METHOD AND DEVICE

Disclosed are a USAT voice call implementing method and device, the method comprising: after a user receives a call, judging the platform type; if a first platform, then transmitting an ENVELOPE command to the platform according to a call control request initiated by an APP/MMI, and waiting for the platform to return a call control result; if the call control result returned from the platform allows the call, then transmitting an ATD dial command to dial according to a voice dial request initiated by the APP/MMI; if a second platform, then returning a call control result allowing the call according to the call control request initiated by the APP/MMI; and saving the call route information according to the voice dial request initiated by the APP/MMI. By determining the platform being used, the present invention processes calls based on different platforms in a corresponding manner; hence the upper layer of APP/MMI requires no modification regardless of the platform used, thus saving APP/MMI development and maintenance costs.
