<p>This invention assumes a fastener equipped with a cylindrical external member and an internal member fitted inside the external member, and used by engaging with a male thread on the outer peripheral surface of a stud bolt. The internal member is a tubular material for maintaining a tube shape at all times, and a threaded section making it possible to thread the internal member on the male thread of the stud bolt is provided on the internal peripheral surface thereof. A ratchet mechanism is interposed between the internal member and the external member, and the ratchet mechanism is configured so as to allow relative rotation of the internal member and the external member when a predetermined torque is exceeded in the fastening direction of the internal member. Consequently, the internal member and external member rotate relatively on the basis of the ratchet mechanism when the predetermined torque is exceeded, and after the fastener reaches a predetermined tightened state on the stud bolt, the predetermined tightened state on the stud bolt is maintained by only the internal member, even when the external member is no longer present.</p> |
