PURPOSE: A spacer of a form is provided to separate the form by pulling a link and separating a plurality of mold assemblies simultaneously by connecting a link with a wire. CONSTITUTION: A spacer of a form comprises a fixture(210), a rotary shaft rod(220), separating rods(221a,221b), an installation box(231), and a link(235). The fixture is fixed or separated according to a rotational angle of a hanging piece arranged on an end portion of a tie bolt. The separating rods are extended from the outer periphery of the rotary shaft rod, thereby being arranged to be faced. The rotary shaft rod is installed by penetrating through the opened front and rear sides of the installation box, and the vertical slots(232a,233a) are formed on both surfaces of the installation box. The link is connected to the rotary shaft rod. The rotary shaft rod rotates when the link is pulled so that the spacer and the tie bolt becomes separated.
