PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition including bitter taste compound, spice, extract of stevia and salt is provided to effectively mask the bitter taste of the compound within the combination which includes fragrance without changing the directional characteristics of the composition by combining enough salt and extract of stevia glucoside. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition including bitter taste compound, spice, extract of stevia and salt is a cosmetic or dermatological composition which becomes the form of a product selected from a group comprised of cream for the face, face lotion, face serum, fluid, foundation, milk, makeup removal lotion and a face sunblock product. The composition comprises at least one of an organic constitutive component, aqueous pace, and fragrance, at least one of steviol glucoside as a first bitter taste and at least one of chloride salt selected from sodium chloride, potassium chloride, zinc chloride and their mixture as a second bitter taste. The organic constitutive component having bitter taste is a non-polymeric compound selected from a group comprising of a compound including sulfonic acid functional group, a compound including a hydroxyl group and at least two loops which includes one aromatic ring, a compound includes -N-C=S or -N-C=O functional group, and mixtures thereof.
