The valise has a plate (3) provided at an internal part and forming a front face of the valise. A set of connection elements is connected to the front face and associated with a third generation (3G)router (7) so as to allow a user to quickly access a computer network e.g. Internet, from a personal computer by using a 3Gmobile telephony network. Security equipment (8) is mounted below the router. The elements have hardened Ethernetplugs (13) connected to the computer to allow the user to be directly connected to the network.
