<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for producing a complex containing aluminum nitride, and that containing aluminum nitride with a gradient structure. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a complex containing aluminum nitride includes a process of heating aluminum or the lump of aluminum alloy, and aluminum powders to the temperature exceeding the melting point of aluminum under a nitrogen atmosphere to keep as it is and generating aluminum nitride by on-site reaction with combustion synthesis. The method for producing a complex containing aluminum nitride with gradient structure includes using as a raw material, the complex containing aluminum nitride produced by the above method, heating and keeping the raw material to the melting point or higher of the metal lump, and pressurizingly compressing the heated material by setting in a die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
