The temperature-increase process comprises a pre-temperature-increase process of alternating high heat with low heat, and a post-temperature-increase process of alternating high heat with low heat of a shorter duration than the low heat of the pre-temperature-increase process. When the residual water volume-determining means determines that the residual water inside the pot-shaped vessel (5) has decreased below a prescribed volume during execution of the pre-temperature-increase process of the temperature-increase process, the control means (8) switches to the post-temperature-increase process.
