<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin compact capable of easily holding a rod-like attachment portion of a target attaching body, and capable of preventing the target attaching body from rattling. <P>SOLUTION: The foamed resin compact is attached to the target attaching body having the rod-like attachment portion, and includes a holding part 2 for holding the attachment portion in a radial direction while being attached to the target attaching body. The holding part 2 includes: a pair of opposing surfaces 21a, 21b which are opposite to, each other; and protrusions 22 provided with one of the pair of opposing surfaces 21a, 21b.
