<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-polar power generator for efficiently generating power at a small number of revolution and high efficiency without enlarging a structure of a rotation portion even when waste of a material is eliminated and the number of turns of a coil is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A large number of stator poles 7 formed by applying a coil to an iron core around which a belt-like electromagnetic steel plate is wound are fixed to an outer peripheral side of a housing 5 at identical angular intervals. A cylindrical yoke 8 around which the belt-like electromagnetic steel plate is wound is in contact with outer peripheries of the stator poles 7. A rotor 16 having a large number of permanent magnets are inserted in the housing 5, and rotates by a rotation shaft 2. The rotation shaft 2 is supported by a bearing fixed to the housing. The iron cores of the stator poles 7 are manufactured by applying the coil to the iron core around which the belt-like directional electromagnetic steel plate is wound, and therefore, waste of a material can be saved. Also, the stator poles 7 and the yoke 8 are manufactured separated, and fixation of the stator poles 7 is supported on the outer peripheral side of the housing 5, so that structural strength can be held at a position near a magnetic gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
