<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in adhesiveness to both polyolefin-based resin layer and vinyl alcohol-based resin. <P>SOLUTION: This resin composition includes a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin having a structural unit represented by general formula (1) and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, where the weight ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and the elastomer is 75/25 to 60/40. The resin composition has a sea-island structure where the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin forms an island component and the elastomer forms a sea component (In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>each independently represents H or an organic group; X represents a single bond or bonding chain; R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>each independently represents H or an organic group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
