<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in the quality of a fixed image, the deterioration which can be generated by unevenly attached attachment attached to a fixing member. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing belt module 61 includes a rotatably provided fixing belt 610, and a fixing roll 611 for heating the fixing belt 610 from the inside thereof. The fixing belt module 61 is also provided with an internal heating roll 612 for heating the fixing belt 610 from the inside thereof, an external heating roll 613 for heating the fixing belt 610 from the outside thereof, and a cleaning device 617 for cleaning a surface of the external heating roll 613 with a web 617a. When a setting of "additional print mode" is accepted, the web 617a is separated from the external heating roll 613.
