PURPOSE: A blower is provided to improve the incineration efficiency by blowing air into an incinerator and by dispersing the agglomerate waste. CONSTITUTION: A blower(1) comprises a casing, a rotary shaft(20), blades(32,34,36), air supply guide flags(42,44,46), and air discharge guide flags(52,54,56). The casing includes an air inlet(15) on one side and an air outlet on the other side. The rotary shaft is rotatably inserted in the casing. The blade is fixed in the rotary shaft located inside the casing in a longitudinal direction. One side of the blade is connected to an air supply hole(37) in order to draw the air into the inside. The air supply guide flag divides the inside of the casing in a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft. The air supply guide flag guides the flow of the air to each air supply hole in rotation to the blade. The air discharge guide flag is included on an inner wall of the casing in order to support a circumference surface of the rotary shaft.
