PURPOSE: A fermented food storage container is provided to extend the life of a pressing plate which presses the content and to press a small amount of content effectively by lengthening the stroke of the pressing plate. CONSTITUTION: A fermented food storage container comprises: handles(80) formed in the both sides of a lid(10) which is sealed by combining a combining wing(19) to a receiving container(100); a cylinder(11) formed vertically in a line to be connected with a knob joint(15) of the lid; a sealing ring(70) formed in the bottom end of the cylinder to stick to the outer periphery of a guide wrap(21); a guide protrusion(51) forming at least one guide groove(23) in the inner periphery of an operating room(22) of the guide wrap; and a guide protrusion(51) combined to the guide groove in the outer periphery of a slide nut(50). The guide wrap of the pressing plate is formed inside of a cylinder formed in one body with a lid. The fermented food storage container for home comprises: a combining wing(19) which combines to a combining protrusion(101) of the receiving container; a knob(30) which combines to a knob combining part of the lid to be rotated; a lid screw(40) which is combined to be geared with the knob; a pressing plate(24) which forms the hollow guide wrap in one body and forms a leakage hole by being inserted into the receiving container; a spring(60) which presses the pressing plate; a slide nut combined to a lid screw(40) which presses the spring by moving up and down; and a fixing cap(25) which is combined to the upper end of the guide wrap and prevents the slide nut combined to the lid screw from escaping to the outside of the guide wrap. |
