<p>PURPOSE: A fund operation system and a method thereof are provided to maximize profits of a stable type investor and an aggressive type investor by using one fund. CONSTITUTION: A fund collection unit(10) collects a first type fund and a second type fund. When a loss greater than the amount of capital protection money in the second type fund, is generated, a fund management unit(20) divides the money in the first type fund from the managed money. The rest of the money is managed without a leverage effect after being divided by the fund management unit. When profits are generated, the fund management unit readjusts the set amount of money in the first type fund and in the second type fund. A profit distribution unit(30) distributes the profits to the first type fund and the second type fund according to a predetermined profit distribution ratio.
