METHOD OF PREDICTING SEVERITY OF CHRONIC VIRAL HEPATITIS B AND C COURSE IN CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics in pediatrics. Child's age, level of alaninaminotranspherase, concentration of DNA of chronic viral hepatitis B virus and RNA of chronic viral hepatitis C virus are determined. Ultrasonic diagnostics is carried out with determination of caudal vertical dimensions of right liver lobe and vascular pattern of liver. Palpative identification of lymph nodes is performed. Obtained data are used to predict low and high risk of development of severe course of chronic viral hepatitis B and C in children.EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out justified treatment of patients due to taking into account disease course prediction.2 ex
