The block e.g. plane block (10), has solid parallelepiped spacers (12a, 12b) connecting vertical walls and placed with each other to determine a longitudinal through opening whose size is adapted to allow passage of poured concrete. Longitudinal alignment units formed of horizontal projection and recess and side alignment units formed of vertical projection and recess allow a relative positioning of the block, along longitudinal and side direction, with another block e.g. angle block (30), during an assembly. The units are determined by positioning of the spacers relative to the walls. An independent claim is also included for a construction assembly.
