PURPOSE: An incineration apparatus for decomposing and smoldering of organic matter is provided to prevent environmental pollution by the discharge of noxious fumes by completely combusting combustible waste without the discharge of noxious fumes by using ozone. CONSTITUTION: An incineration apparatus(100) for decomposing and smoldering of organic matter includes an incinerator, an ozone supply unit, a smoke duct unit, and a drain unit. The incinerator comprises an external incinerator(110) and an internal incinerator(120) and inputs and combusts waste. The ozone supply unit is installed outside of the incinerator and completely combusts waste even in the low temperature by supplying activated ozone to the inside of the incinerator. The smoke duct unit prevents the exhaustion of noxious fumes and vapor to the outside by heating again and completely combusting exhaust fumes generated during the combustion of waste in the incinerator. The drain unit collects vapor generated in the combustion process of waste in the incinerator into condensed water and discharges to the outside.
