<p>A process method for making hot molten iron and a by-product by using red mud comprises steps of: a) mixing red mud, lime, and coal; b) adding the mixture into a rotary furnace (1) for stoving and prereduction; c) a reduction material entering a flow guide groove (2), performing air injection and combustion supporting, and performing fusion and slag and iron separation, slag at an upper layer being discharged from a slag outlet (22), hot molten iron at a lower layer flowing out from an hot molten iron outlet (24); d) making cement clinker and silicon, aluminum and titanium alloy in a melting separation furnace (3) by using the slag; e) making microlite powder in the melting separation furnace (3) by using the slag; f) reclaiming superheated steam, and making a mixed liquid. The method can solve the problem that the blast furnace process cannot spit slag, greatly reduce the cost, solve the problem that the red mud occupies a large area and contaminates environment, can obtain by-products such as silicon, aluminum and titanium alloy, superheated steam, sodium salt, and microlite powder, and is environmentally friendly.</p> |
