PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent productivity degradation due to a long hardening time and substrate deformation due to high temperature, by hardening acrylate resin through an electronic beam irradiation. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film is hardened by irradiating an electronic beam to acrylate. An anisotropic conductive film is hardened at a room temperature. The acrylate resin includes acrylate oligomer. The acrylate resin includes epoxy diacrylate oligomer. The irradiation amount of electron beam is 1-1,000kGy.
