A COMPLEX CONTAINING OLIGO-ASPARTIC ACIDS-PNA FOR PNA DELIVERY

PURPOSE: A complex containing oligo-aspartic acid-PNA for PNA delivery is provided to fuse PNA and oligo aspartic acid(Asp), and to enhance a cell absorption ability and transfection efficiency of PNA. CONSTITUTION: A complex for PNA delivery contains negative charge oligo-aspartic acid(Asp)-PNA and a cationic carrier. The cationic carrier is polyethylene imine(PEI) or lipofectamine. The oligo-Asp is conjugated with PNA. The complex has Asp(n)-PNA-PEI wherein n is 5-12. The molecular weight of PEI is 20-30 kDa.
