<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinary calculus removing agent which is harmless to the human body and is environmentally friendly. <P>SOLUTION: The urinary calculus removing agent includes a protease and a marine humic substance extract. The protease has the function of dissolving protein functioning as a binder of a urinary calculus. The marine humic substance extract contains many kinds of mineral components and has the function of activating a proteolysis reaction by the protease.
