<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic detection device capable of reducing an output error (angular error) as compared with conventional ones even when center shifting occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic detection device includes a rotor having a shaft 30, a support having a bearing 31 to rotatably support the rotor, and a magnet and a magnetic sensor arranged in a non-contact manner between the rotor and the support. The diameter D1 of the bottom surface 31b of the bearing 31 is larger than the diameter D2 of the tip surface 30b of the shaft 30. The first side face 31a of the bearing 31 and the second side face 30a of the shaft 30 are tilted from a direction vertical to the bottom surface and the tip surface, and the tilt angle θ1 (sharp angle) of the first side face 31a to a planar direction parallel to the bottom surface is smaller than the tilt angle θ2 (sharp angle) of the second side face 30a to a planar direction parallel to the tip surface.
