PURPOSE: An air purifier is provided to effectively purify air using the simple principles, and to enable users to reduce the installation and maintenance costs and adjust the time and speed of the purifier. CONSTITUTION: An air purifier(1) includes a main body, a water tank(200) for storing air purifying liquid, a propeller unit(300), and a controller(400). The propeller unit evaporates the air purifying liquid, and discharges the liquid through a through-hole(101) on the main body. The main body includes an upper housing(110), and a lower housing(130) which comprises the water tank. The propeller unit includes a motor(310), and a shaft(330). The shaft includes a shaft body in a disk form, an inducing guide, and a flow guiding unit. The flow guiding unit is formed with plural penetration holes on the shaft body, and generates vortex in the flow of air by the rotation of the shaft body. The water tank is made out of a transparent material for users to visually check the capacity of the air purifying liquid.
