<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire, which have both of low fuel consumption properties and durability and to provide a pneumatic tire obtained by using the rubber composition for the tire. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the rubber composition for the tire containing a rubber component and spherical composite particles each containing two or more polyorganosiloxanes, and the pneumatic tire obtained by using the rubber composition. Each of the two or more polyorganosiloxanes has a different organic group. The composition of the spherical composite particle is changed stepwise or continuously from the central part of the particle to the surface thereof.
