<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently generating a turn yaw moment of the vehicle when a quick turn is required and allowing reliable steering during emergency steering. <P>SOLUTION: This device is applied to a vehicle 20 comprising: any one of brakes 4L, 4R and a driving system 6 capable of independently controlling brake force or drive force for left and right wheels 1L, 1R; and a steering device 3 capable of independently steering the left and right wheels 1L, 1R. The device is provided with a control means 9 for performing turn assist control which generates turn yaw moment by generating a time difference between steering operations of the left and right wheels 1L, 1R and by generating a braking/driving force difference between the left and right wheels 1L, 1R, when driving the steering device 3 in accordance with an instruction of a steering means 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
