<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely acquire reinforcement information on a reinforcing bar. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 4 extracts a continuous diameter length corresponding to a position of each vertical pixel for a background plate B from an image of a reinforcing bar (S1001). Then data of higher 5% and lower 5% of all data of an extracted reinforcing bar diameter distribution are removed as noise (S1002). A maximum value of center 90% of the data is specified and acquired as a maximum diameter d1 (S1003). Then it is determined whether a reinforcing bar standard corresponding to the maximum diameter d1 can be specified (S1005) by referring to reinforcing bar standard information 452 (S1004). When the reinforcing bar standard can be specified (YES at S1005), the corresponding reinforcing bar standard is acquired (S1006). When the corresponding reinforcing bar standard cannot be specified (NO at S1005), that is reported to an operator so that the reinforcing bar is photographed again at a different angle to extract an image (S1007) and the steps from the S1001 are retried. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
