Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method and system for obtaining Voice services over Adaptive Multi-user channels on One Slot (VAMOS) information by a Base Station Subsystem (BSS). The method comprises the following step: a BSS sends its own VAMOS information to other BSSs in a network when the VAMOS information of the BSS itself has changed. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention enable the BSS to obtain VAMOS information of other BSSs in the network in time, thus avoiding interference generated between VAMOS pairing channels effectively.
