PURPOSE: A check valve of a brake system is provided to secure assembly reliability and reduce weight and size by simplifying shape and manufacturing costs through common pressing process. CONSTITUTION: A check valve(100) of a brake system comprises a valve housing(110), a ball(120), a spring(125), and a valve seat. The valve housing is coupled with the stepped portion of a hydraulic block(2) and forms an oil flow passage(112). The valve housing comprises an inner diameter portion(114), a body portion(116), and an outer diameter portion(118). The inner diameter portion is formed into concave shape. The body portion is extended from the inner diameter portion and formed into cylindrical shape. The ball opens and closes an oil flow passages of the housing. The spring supports the ball elastically. The valve seat guides the spring and assembled with the valve housing. The valve seat comprises a first body portion(130b), a second body portion(130c), and a third body portion. The first body portion supports the spring. The second body portion is coupled with the valve housing. The third body is coupled with the stepped portion of the inner stepped portion of a flow block. |
