FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to stamping, and may be used in drawing various parts from sheet materials. Proposed die comprises punch arranged on press inner slide, female die, blank holder, lifters and air release tubes. Die is equipped with pneumatic suction cups for retaining the blank elongated transition in die inner slide backstroke. Said pneumatic suction cups are fixed in female die slots at less stiff and stable areas of blank elongated transition. Lifters total force exceeds that pneumatic suction cups lifter stroke makes 30-35 thicknesses of initial blank.EFFECT: higher surface precision and quality, better stiffness and bearing capacity.2 cl, 4 dwg |
