FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed module consists of casing to be mounted on vehicle and energy damping element with, at least, one bead made on element outer diameter to interact with casing front end. Said bead represents a multifilar helix. Plug-in insert with cutting edge facing said bead is arranged at casing front end. Said energy damping element is secured axially, on one side, jointly with plug-in insert at casing front end and, on the other side, is mounted in moving plate. Plug-in inserts has cutters arranged on cutting edge side extending beyond cutting edge and inner diameter of multifilar helix by magnitude exceeding their design wear. Quantity of cutters, their width and quantity of energy damping elements and their length are defined by design parameters of energy damping.EFFECT: simplified manufacture, higher efficiency and reliability.2 dwg |
