PURPOSE: A construction fabric material is provided to have the excellence in the antifouling property and the weather resistance which are basic physical properties required in the construction fabric material, and an excellent insulation effect as well. CONSTITUTION: A construction fabric material comprises one fabric(1) selected from a glass fiber fabric, polyester fabric and aramid fabric; first fluorine resin coating layers(2, 2`) formed on both sides of the fabric; second fluorine resin coating layers(3, 3`) which are formed on one coating layer selected from the first fluorine resin coating layers and third fluorine resin coating layers(4, 4`) and contain a filler(F); third fluorine resin coating layers which are formed on one coating layer selected from the first fluorine resin coating layers and the second fluorine resin coating layers and contain a heat-insulating material(S); and top fluorine resin coating layers(5, 5`) which are formed on one coating layer selected from the second fluorine resin coating layers and the third fluorine resin coating layers. The third fluorine resin coating layers are formed on any one surface among the surface and back surface of the fabric. The fluorine resin is one resin selected from polytetrafluoroethylene resin, perfluoro alkoxy resin, polyvinyl fluoride resin, polyvinylidene fluoride resin, fluorinated ethylene propylene and tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer. The filler is one component or a mixture of two components selected from titanium dioxide, silica, mica, alumina, glass beads, calcium carbonate and magnesium. The content of the filler in the second fluorine resin coating layer is 3-15 weight%. The heat-insulating material is one component or a mixture of two components selected from antimony tin oxide, indium tin oxide, mica, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, tin oxide, and zirconium dioxide.
