<p>PURPOSE: A control device for micro mirror, driving method of micro mirror, and image projection system are provided to guarantee the increase of a signal energy supply supplementing horizontal tilt exercise of micro mirror system. CONSTITUTION: The first signal generator(2) codes the tilt exercise of micro mirror centering the first tilt axis, and generates the first driving signal having the first frequency. The second signal generator(7) codes the tilt exercise of micro mirror centering the second tilt axis perpendicular to the first tilt axis, and generates the second driving signal having the second frequency smaller then the first frequency. The modulator(5) uses the first frequency to alter the second driving signal by the binary modulation of the second signal and connected to the first signal generator and the second signal generator. The driver(13) uses the modulated the second driving signal and the first driving signal to drive the energy coupling elements of micro mirror and connects to the modulator.</p> |
