PURPOSE: A patterned wood and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the discoloration by UV ray and to have reinforced surface hardness by surface treating nano inorganic material and thermal modification process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a patterned wood comprises: a step of preparing a patterned wood by slicing wood, a step of injecting nano inorganic material into a micro pores by using an injection cylinder; a step of drying the patterned wood; a step of thermal reforming processing the patterned wood in a thermal reforming chamber at 150-230 °C; a step of reducing the temperature of the thermal reforming chamber to a room temperature for 5-15 hours; and a step of thermally coating an adhesive impregnation unwoven fabric to the lower part of the patterned wood sheet.
