PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer composite is provided to manufacture a polymer composite material with improved conductivity and mechanical properties by dispersing graphene into a polymer matrix. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composite comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a polymer, 0.01-15 parts by weight of graphene powder, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of PARVYN based on the graphene. The graphene is graphite with an average surface of 200-2600 m^2/g formed by thermo-expanding graphite oxide, and a comprised amount of the graphene is 0.1-10 parts by weight. A manufacturing method of the polymer composite comprises: a step of preparing graphene in which PARVYN compound is dipped by mixing the graphene and the PVC compound, and a step of mixing the graphene into the polymer solution or melted polymer. |
