PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing cold rolled steel sheets is provided to output information on the thickness of the cold rolled steel sheets measured in a rolling process to a monitoring program of a following process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing cold rolled steel sheets comprises a rolling machine and a terminal. The rolling machine comprises a stand applying pressure to the steel sheets; and a thickness measuring unit for measuring the thickness of the cold rolled steel sheets passing through the stand. The terminal stores information on the thickness of the cold rolled steel sheets and provides the information to a monitoring program of a following process that requires the information on the thickness of the cold rolled steel sheets.
