PURPOSE: A chair with a sliding seat plate is provided to adjust the interval between a seat plate and a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A chair with a sliding seat plate comprises a seat plate unit(10) on which a user sits, a leg unit(20) which is prepared in the lower part of the seat plate unit and supports the seat plate unit, a control unit(30) which is installed between the seat plate unit and leg unit and controls the length of the leg unit, and a seat back unit(40) which is connected to the control unit and supports the waist and back of a user.
