<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately identifying a specific constituent material in a sample containing a plurality of kinds of constituent materials, and to provide an analysis method for analyzing components of the specific constituent material. <P>SOLUTION: A method for identifying a specific constituent material, of which an alteration temperature is known, from a sample containing a plurality of kinds of constituent materials includes: a first measuring step of dividing a surface of the sample into a plurality of small sections, irradiating each of the small sections with a radiation ray, and measuring a concentration of each element contained in the specific constituent material in each small section from a signal generated from the sample; a heating step of heating the surface of the sample at a temperature of altering the specific constituent material; a second measuring step of irradiating each of the small sections on the sample after heating with a radiation ray, and measuring a concentration of each element in each small section from a signal generated from the sample; and a determination step of comparing the concentration measured by the first measuring step with the concentration measured by the second measuring step, and determining a small section as the specific constituent material in which a concentration changing rate is equal to a predetermined rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
