<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensively a new parching apparatus capable of uniformly performing parching without burning tea leaves. <P>SOLUTION: A first means of this tea leaf hot air parching apparatus includes: a treatment drum where tea leaves are fed from one end thereof, and the tea leaves are taken out of the other end thereof; a driving means for rotating the treatment drum; a sash bar provided on the inside of the treatment drum; a hot air supply means for blowing the hot air from one end of the treatment drum; and a wear plate provided at the center of the other end of the treatment drum, wherein the tea leaves are parched in the treatment drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
