<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning apparatus, a scanning method, and a computer program capable of facilitating display of a scanner and display for starting scanning operation on user's computer. <P>SOLUTION: The scanning apparatus comprises: a control unit which controls a display unit to display a pseudo folder corresponding to a usable scanner only when the scanner is usable, and controls the scanner to start scanning operation when the pseudo folder is selected; a receiving unit which receives scan data from the scanner; and a storage unit which stores the received scan data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
