PURPOSE: An analysis method of body fluid and an analysis system of body fluid using the same are provided to accurately analyze body fluid components and to check the health condition of a user. CONSTITUTION: An analysis system of body fluid comprises: a light emitting unit(100) which generates and irradiates light of a predetermined wave length; one or more sample receiving parts(110) with a reflective material(120) for irradiation and a groove for receiving a body fluid sample; a receiving part(130) which collects the light reflected from the sample receiving part and converts the light into an electric signal; and a sample analysis unit which measures the concentration of a marker in the body fluid sample and analyzes the body fluid sample.
