<p>PURPOSE: An adhesive film is provided to protect an adhesive layer and to easily and absolutely separate each substrate layer without separation failure. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive film(1) comprises an adhesive layer(2); a first substrate layer(3) and second substrate layer(4) which are attached to the both sides of the adhesive layer; and a carrier layer(5) which is laminated on the second substrate layer. An external edge of the first substrate layer and the carrier layer forming outer layers is extended outwards the outer circumference of the adhesive layer and the second substrate layer. The release strength between the first substrate layer and the adhesive layer is lower than the separation strength between the second substrate layer and the adhesive layer.</p>
