FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: automatic control of static head includes a reservoir, a supply pressure pipeline, on which a shutoff member is installed, a floating level sensor, a stock in the form of an articulation member, is hinged to a tie-rod with a spool valve with a transverse through opening. Spool valve is placed in the cavity of the distributor, being suspended by means of hinges on piers. Distributor has symmetrical through openings shutoff with the spool valve and connected to the pressure pipeline, as well as connected to the working cavity of the chamber. Combination of the suspension on the distributor's hinge to piers allows avoiding distortions in vertical movement of the spool valve. Flowing capacity is equipped with a horizontal diaphragm, with an opening above which a cap is installed, which is arranged on the level of minimum liquid level. Stock of the float can have a screw pair allowing possible movement of the float and restriction of its movement above the cap.EFFECT: improving operating accuracy and reliability and simplifying the control's design.3 cl, 1 dwg |
