PURPOSE: A tantalum capacitor is provided to secure an excellent equivalent series resistance(ESR) property by using a gold layer formed on a carbon layer. CONSTITUTION: Tantalum powder is sintered to form a chip pellet(11). An anode outgoing line(12) has an insertion region and a non-insertion region. The insertion region is positioned in the chip pellet. The non-insertion region is positioned outside the chip pellet. A carbon layer(15) is formed in the external side of the chip pellet. A gold layer(16) is formed in the upper side of the carbon layer.
