PURPOSE: A method for estimating the slosh mass of fluids, and the height of a slosh force applying point is provided to measure horizontal force as a linear motion guide is coupled to the part of supporting a liquid container. CONSTITUTION: A device for analyzing slosh comprises a liquid container(1), a horizontal power sensor(2H), a vertical power sensor(2V), a sliding rail(3), and a motor(4). The horizontal power sensor is formed on the side of the liquid container. The horizontal power sensor measures horizontal power generated by the slosh of liquids filled in the liquid container. The vertical power sensor measures vertical power generated by the slosh of the liquids filled in the liquid container. The sliding rail allows the translational motion of the liquid container. The motor offers the movement power to the liquid container. |
