PURPOSE: A traction motor module is provided to reduce numbers of assembling parts and assembly processes by improving a structure of a clutch included in a transmission device. CONSTITUTION: A motor unit(100) includes a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft rotates in a forward direction or a backward direction. A hub unit(200) surrounds a motor unit. The hub unit rotates the motor unit. A first shift unit(317) includes a first ring gear(314). The first ring gear rotates by power delivered through the rotary shaft. A second shift unit(370) includes a second ring gear(330). The second ring gear includes a low speed ring gear(332) and a high speed ring gear(334). A clutch(320) includes a first clutch and a second clutch. The first clutch connects the first ring gear and the low speed ring gear. The second clutch connects the first ring gear and the high speed ring gear. |
