摘要 The present invention provides a nanopore-based biopolymer analysis device capable of, in a measurement method using a nanopore, improving passing-through frequency at which a low concentration sample passes through the nanopore and improving the throughput, and also provides a biopolymer analysis method using the nanopore-based biopolymer analysis device. The present invention relates in particular to the nanopore-based biopolymer analysis device characterized by having a chamber portion including: a chamber having a sample introduction section and a sample outflow section separated by a substrate; a first electrode provided in the sample introduction section and a second electrode provided in the sample outflow section; a thin film formed on the substrate; a nanopore provided in the thin film formed on the substrate and communicatively connecting the sample introduction section and the sample outflow section; a third electrode disposed near the nanopore of the substrate; and a voltage applying means for the electrodes. In the nanopore-based biopolymer analysis device, the voltage applying means includes a means for applying voltages between the first and third electrodes, between the first and second electrodes, and between the third and second electrodes, respectively. The present invention also relates to the biopolymer analysis method using the nanopore-based biopolymer analysis device.
