An organic electroluminescence display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve the white balance property by keeping the luminance of pixels for each color uniform by changing the pulse width of a control signal applied to a pixel circuit. An organic electroluminescence display device includes a pixel circuit formed in at least one pixel; a data driving unit electrically connected with each pixel circuit through a data signal line; and a scan driving unit outputting a selection signal(S[n]) and a first control signal(E[n]) to each pixel circuit. The scan driving unit outputs a second control signal with at least two voltage levels to each pixel circuit. Each pixel circuit comprises an organic electroluminescent device(OLED) emitting the light correspondingly to the applied current; a first transistor(M1) supplying driving current to the organic electroluminescent device; a first capacitor(C1) storing voltage corresponding to the driving current; and a second capacitor(C2) changing the main electrode potential of the first transistor according to the voltage level variation of the second control signal. The pulse width of the second control signal to which each voltage level is applied within one period is varied to regulate the luminance of the organic electroluminescent device.
