<p>A thermal dielectric power generating device comprises a plurality of chip fuses (510) with one terminal connected to a power source wire (502), and a plurality of chip capacitors (511) provided corresponding to each of the fuses (510) and connected in parallel with each other between the other terminals of the corresponding fuses (510) and a ground wire (503). Electrical power is generated by alternating the cooling and charging for the group of the capacitors (511) and the heating and discharging for the group of the capacitors (511). Thereby, even if one capacitor (511) is short-circuited, the corresponding fuse (510) is melted, and thereby power generation can continue.</p> |
